Training Procedure

The training takes place in cooperation between the company and the Leibniz FH Hannover and is divided in theoretical and practical semesters.

• 1. - 6. semesters: 5 days per week in blocks
• Sporadic Saturdays
• Switch between three months theory phases in the university and three months practical phases in the company

• Management & Human Resources
• Legal basics
• Finance, Taxes & Controlling
• Marketing
• Project Management
• Topics of the particular profession specialisation

• Master of Business Administration (m/f)
• Master of Science (m/f)

Practice

• Optional qualification as Industrial Management Assistant (m/f)
• Especially advanced knowledge in the areas of Finance,
  Taxes & Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Logistics,
  Human Resources as well as Production planning and -controlling
• Dealing with topic-related practical tasks and projects and creation of scientific papers on these topics

Preconditions

School Precondition: High school graduation or Advanced technical college certificate

Qualification Profile:

• Understanding of business processes and interest in commercial relations
• Very good mathematical knowledge
• Very good writing skills
• Good expressiveness
• Safe handling with current information and communication technologies
• Team spirit
