In the 1950s
1951
On April 1st, 1951 Mr. Karl Heinz Bädje establish the Meteor Moosgummifabrik K.H. Bädje KG. When the company was set up 12 persons were employed. Until the end of the year the number had increased to 22 blue-collar and 2 white-collar workers.
1954
Moving into the buildings of the previous Canning Factory Ambergau in Bockenem. Until the end of the year the number of employees increased to 214.
1957
Acquisition of Canning Factory Ambergau GmbH in Bockenem
1959
Expansion of factory site by acquisition of the terrain of sugar factory Bockenem
Contribution of the Canning Factory Ambergau GmbH into the Meteor Moosgummifabrik K.H. Bädje KG

Company name is changed from Meteor Moosgummiwerke K.H. Bädje GmbH & Co. KG to Meteor Gumiwerke K. H. Bädje GmbH & Co. KG

2014
On May 1st, 2014 the company transfer from Meteor Gummiwerke K.H. Bädje GmbH & Co. KG i.I. to the new established Toyoda Gosei Meteor GmbH takes place.
2020
Munich-based family office AEQUITA and its strategic partner PRETTL take over Toyoda Gosei Meteor including its subsidiary facilities Bockenem, Worbis und Dover (USA).
The investor group sees significant growth potential for the manufacturer o complex sealing system and wants to adapt the Meteor-Group to changing markets.
